How to Participate:

• Register Online: www.parkrun.co.za/bladeshotel
• Print Your Barcode: After registration, print your personal barcode.
• Join Us on Saturday: Bring your barcode and be ready to run at 8:00 AM.

Notes:

• Dogs on short leads are welcome.
• Suitable for wheelchairs and strollers.
• Free parking is available at The Blades Hotel.
